KMA Business & Management Services was established in 1987 by Kay Ashton as a small accountancy and consultancy practice, and she believes it can offer the same high standard of client care that the larger firms offer, at a competitive price, because overheads are kept to a minimum, but with the added value of personal service.

Kay was admitted to membership of the ACCA in 1981 and became a Fellow in 1986. She holds the ACCA's Consultancy certificate. In addition, Kay gained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Cranfield in 1987, and previously had gained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Business Studies at (what is now) London Guildhall University.

KMA Business & Management Services is licensed under the Accounting & Consultancy rules of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

More about Kay

Since qualifying, Kay has taken an active role in the local branch of the ACCA, and has held many posts including being President of the branch on several occasions.

More recently, Kay has decided to take up a new challenge and is currentlylearning to fly. But as with everything else she does, Kay has not chosen an easy option, but is instead indulging a life-long passion for bi-planes by learning to fly a 1930's De Havilland Tiger Moth.
